Our returns and exchanges department is available from 10am to 4pm Mon - Fri, at 021-4870739. For order status information or other assistance with an order you have already placed with visage.ie, please contact Sales Support at info@visage.ie

Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy:

If you have purchased products in error, please call 021-4870739 within 5 business days of receipt of the products. If the product is returned in perfect condition (undamaged and unmarked), we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your origional method of payment. A shipping fee may apply for exchanges.

NOTE: Visage Hair Salon recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Visage Hair Salon or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
